We offer a beautifully decorated private event space, ideally located in historic Corktown, close to major events and attractions in downtown Detroit. Our space is perfect for intimate gatherings and special occasions.
Our team of dedicated service professionals specialize in biodynamic wine, espresso, and exceptional food, catering to both coffee and wine enthusiasts. Whatever style of event or beverage you prefer, we've got you covered.
We provide both indoor and outdoor options, with a patio available, weather permitting. Our dedicated team will be at your service, curating a personalized food and drink menu for your event.

Please note that minimum spend requirements vary depending on the day of the week, as our business and sales can fluctuate. Only food and beverages purchased directly from Folk count toward meeting the minimum spend requirement

Rates may increase during special events and times of the year, including, but not limited to, major holiday weekends, the Grand Prix, the North American Auto Show, and other significant events

Please note that additional hours for setup, breakdown, and cleaning must be purchased at a rate of $75 per hour. This typically includes one hour before and one hour after your scheduled event time. However, this requirement may vary depending on the specifics of your event and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
