We offer a beautifully decorated private event space ideally located in historic Corktown, close to a variety of major events and attractions in downtown Detroit.
We are well-suited for intimate gatherings and special events. Additionally, we are a team of dedicated service professionals specializing in biodynamic wine, espresso, and food for both coffee and wine. So, no matter what style of event or beverage you prefer, we've got you covered.
We offer both indoor and outdoor options, with a patio available weather
permitting. Our dedicated team will be at your service to provide a curated food
and drink menu.

Please note that each minimum spend requirement is unique to specific days of the week, as our business and sales can fluctuate. Only food and beverages purchased directly from Folk will count toward meeting the minimum spend requirement.

Rates are subject to increase based on unique events and times of the year, including but not limited to major holiday weekends, the Grand Prix, North American Auto Show, and other events.

Please note that additional hours for setup, breakdown, and cleaning must be purchased at a rate of $75 per hour. This typically includes one hour on each side of your dedicated event time. However, this requirement may vary depending on the specifics of your event and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
